Torix and Constantine
Alphonse Delacroix turned out to be the source of all of the problems brought up in the adventure "Small World". A powerful drug lord within alfenne, Delacroix explained that his drug runners had been captured by a certain Boss Mikhail Kasparov of Kaspargrad, which prevented him from making deliveries into Eisenreich. Delacroix was willing to pay the Van Rijn brothers and Cassius Kramer in opium resin equal to the weight of 300 gold pieces (since opium resin is worth more than its weight in gold, it was an offer they couldn't refuse). Since they haven't returned from their errand, Delacroix has probably assumed that the source of their failure to return was thier deaths. TnC met him again in Quixote in the Hazy Barrel. He was shocked at first to see them, and then asked them why they had come to Quixote. After TnC explained to him why they were enemies of the state in Hommeland, Delacroix explained to them that he had lost everything when the humans invaded the Zonne. Seeing as how TnC had just explained to him that they were involved in changing Hommeland's government, which was responsible for the war, Delacroix blamed TnC loudly. This attracted the attention of everyone in the bar, and it seemed that they were about to be involved in a brawl. Fortunately, Torix was able to talk Delacroix down, and in the end earned his trust and friendship.
